Processing Time

We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your payment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your Walk Proud device leaves our facility.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 7 business days from the date of shipment to most destinations within the United States. International shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is included on all Walk Proud orders within the continental United States.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

We ship Walk Proud devices internationally to help people regain their mobility worldwide. International orders are subject to:

  • Potential import duties or taxes (responsibility of the recipient)
  • Extended delivery times based on destination

Important: The price you see at checkout includes all applicable taxes for destinations we serve. There are no hidden charges or surprise costs.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, please note that Walk Proud is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier issues or disruptions
  • Customs processing or inspections
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Walk Proud cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at chamalie.ksa@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update the shipping information if your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

Please retain all original packaging materials if your item arrives damaged, as the carrier may require photos for the claim process.

Delivery Signature

For your security, some high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you won't be available to sign, you can arrange with the carrier to have the package held at a local facility for pickup.

Risk of Loss

Once we transfer your Walk Proud device to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. However, we stand behind our products and will work with you to resolve any issues that arise during shipping.
